The track: all new in Madrid

For the first time in Madrid the track is not consisting of a single center landing anymore. The new tricks and amount of eight take-off ramps required a completely new setup. Here is an exclusive video-preview of the track, a picture is attached:

The 8 former champions are ready

We are very happy to have eight former Red Bull X-Fighters winners in the lineup to battle it out in Athens. Clinton Moore and Tom Pagès are aiming for a hat-trick: Moore is looking for his third consecutive win in this season, the frenchman is looking for his third straight victory in Madrid. But Levi Sherwood and Josh Sheehan are aiming for their first win this season as does local hero Dany Torres. Adam Jones and Rob Adelberg have won Red Bull X-Fighters events before as well and want the sweet taste of success back in their mouth. Finally returning to the world tour after healing up from an injury is japanese Taka Higashino, another winner of the past. Also returning from injury is the second local hero Maikel Melero, who is dreaming of his first ever Red Bull X-Fighters win. The french connection of David Rinaldo and Remi Bizouard as well as Chiles Javier Villegas are podium threads as well and everything is set up for the best tricks of all times in FMX.
